Corrections & Factual Accuracy
At HitzBaze, we aim to provide accurate, useful, and up-to-date information about African music, artists, charts, trends, and entertainment.
If you believe an article contains a factual error, outdated information, incorrect chart data, or another issue that should be reviewed, please use the correction form below.
How to Submit a Correction
Please provide as much specific information as possible. This helps our editorial team investigate the issue efficiently.
When submitting a correction, include:
- The URL of the article or page
- The specific information you believe is incorrect
- The corrected information, if known
- A reliable source or reference supporting the correction
- Any additional context that may help us verify the information
What Happens After You Submit?
Our editorial team will review correction requests and verify the information where appropriate.
Submitting a correction does not guarantee that an article will be changed. We may update content when our review confirms that a correction, clarification, or update is warranted.
For significant factual errors, we may add a correction or clarification to the relevant article where appropriate.
We may also update information when circumstances have changed since the original publication, such as chart positions, streaming figures, release information, or other time-sensitive data.
Please Note
The correction form is intended for factual and accuracy-related issues.
It should not be used to request:
- Removal of unfavorable opinions or commentary
- Changes solely because you disagree with an editorial position
- Guaranteed coverage or promotion
- Changes to legitimate chart rankings without supporting evidence
- Removal of accurate information simply because it is inconvenient
